It was alright. It's a little ridiculous that Marco was able to take on everyone like that. It just makes him look OP. But I am glad that Higgs made another appearance. She's right about Marco too since it seems like he gets handed the title of squire only because he's friends with Star. Marco's ego was annoying as well. He has no reason to brag about helping the people from the Neverzone since he caused the mess in the first place. It's like trying to be a hero by saving people from a burning building from a fire you started.
That has always bugged. Marco didn't need to move to Mewni since he has dimensional scissors that let him go almost anywhere he wants.

Don't forget. He was under the Blood Moon's curse. Besides, he wanted to help Star make a change, and they need each other to grow.

Being under the Blood Moon is no excuse. Marco has complete access to Mewni with those scissors but he moved to Mewni because of bad writing. Heck, even with moving to Mewni, Marco could still attend school on Earth with those scissors.

I think these adventures also help Marco realize there is more to him.

But he could've still had these adventures without moving to a different Dimension.
Can someone explain what Marco means by the next words when giving a cape to Star?
"Just because I'm going back to Earth doesn't mean we can't stop having adventures together."
I'm not a native English speaker and the phrase simply blows my mind. Wasn't he supposed to say that him going back to Earth doesn't mean the end to their adventures (because of scissors and stuff)? But instead he basically says that him going back to Earth IS a chance to STOP their adventures together, and he says it as if it is a good thing, while Star seems cheered up by these words :0
Please someone explain this scene to me... Is this a production error or something?

He means he can use his dimensional scissors to see Star and Vice versa
That's what I thought, but not a single discussion of the episode on the internet has brought it up so far, even those that reference the phrase directly only say things like "OMG so cute", while the actual phrase means the opposite of cute.
