Dojo: A dojo owned and operated by Sensei Brantley; he keeps the building in business through donations by Jeremy Birnbaum's parents. Among the martial arts taught at the dojo include Tang Soo Do (by Brantley), karate, judo, and Taekwondo.
Records: A record store that sells CD's, vinyl records, and other music media. A Bearded Hipster works here as a manager/employee.
