Mrs. Liao is an employee at the Chinese restaurant that Star and Marco eat at in "Fortune Cookies". She is a friendly Chinese woman who gives Star a box of stale fortune cookies on two occasions.

She has short black hair tied back in a ponytail, brown eyes, and a slightly pudgy build. She wears a stained white apron over a yellow short-sleeved, orange collared shirt and a red skirt.
