Roy is a goblin who first appears in "Goblin Dogs".
Appearance
Roy is a short goblin with green skin, pointy ears and nose, a large chin, dark green lips, sharp teeth, and black eyes. Throughout his debut episode, he wears several outfits, including food vendor, band player, Hawaiian shirt, and food manager.
History
Roy is a vendor of Goblin Dogs, who operates in an unspecified desert dimension. He sells Goblin Dogs and Goblin Dog merchandise, and entertains people waiting in line by playing music and shooting T-shirts out of a cannon. However, he also secretly assumes the role of the Goblin Dogs franchise's manager, causing Star Butterfly, Marco Diaz, and Pony Head to suspect his motives.
When Roy is confronted over deceiving people about getting Goblin Dogs, he drives away in his truck, but Star, Marco, and Pony Head manage to stop him from escaping. At first, Roy admits that Goblin Dogs are not real and that he was only ripping people off. But after testing Marco by offering to refund his money, he reveals that Goblin Dogs are real, and magically serves them to Star and her friends.
In "The Bounce Lounge", Roy and his Goblin Dog truck are brought in from the desert dimension to the Bounce Lounge to party.
In "Sweet Dreams", Star brings Roy and his truck into her bedroom in her sleep.
In "Monster Bash", Roy provides Goblin Dogs for Star's party at the monster temple, with different flavors on offer.
