StarFan13 is a student at Echo Creek Academy. As her name suggests, she is a huge fan of Star Butterfly.

Appearance

StarFan13 has short brown hair with part of it tied in a small ponytail with a red scrunchie and bangs to the left and right of her forehead, similar to Star's own hairstyle. She has brown eyes, red square-rimmed glasses, a hot pink headband with a pair of cardboard cones pointing upwards, and pink hearts crudely painted on her cheeks. She has a short pug-like nose and a slight overbite, and she wears braces.

StarFan13 usually wears a lavender T-shirt with a yellow star, what seems to be a backpack with a pair of wings attached, a turquoise skirt, hot pink pants, and purple shoes.

Personality

StarFan13 has the typical characteristics of a fangirl: excitable and fixated on the subject of her fanaticism (Star Butterfly). She often tries to mimic Star's appearance and interests, like copying her favorite color in "Sleepover".

Star Butterfly

As her fan, StarFan13 gets very excited whenever Star is around her or talks to her. She and Star seem to be on good terms, since their interactions have been friendly, and Star seems somewhat flattered by StarFan13's admiration of her. In "Sleepover", StarFan13 states she has a crush on Star. She is also one of the few friends that Star called for moral support in "Starcrushed". In "Britta's Tacos", StarFan is overjoyed to see Star again and excited to spend the whole day with her.

Marco Diaz

StarFan and Marco don't interact very often, but in "Britta's Tacos", she hugs Marco when he admits he considers her a friend. In the same episode, she gives Marco consideration about posting a picture of him and Mariposa on the internet, worried how Jackie Lynn Thomas will react (due to her belief that Mariposa is Star and Marco's daughter).

• StarFan13 has many pictures of Star in her locker, including a picture of Star with Marco Diaz and a picture of Star wearing her pajamas.
• StarFan13 is voiced by Daron Nefcy, the creator of the show.
• While her real name is unknown, the Truth or Punishments Box called her StarFan13 unprompted in "Sleepover", suggesting that's her preferred name. A Facebook video had her mention that she no longer has a real name, and that she "gave that up long ago."
• In "Sleepover", StarFan13 says she has a crush on Star Butterfly. It is unclear whether her feelings are real or if they are the result of her fanatical obsession with Star. However, the Truth or Punishments Box accepts it as a truth.
• In "Starcrushed", it is revealed that StarFan13 ships Star with Marco, expressing joy after hearing that Star has a crush on Marco, and fainting when Star later confesses to him. In the subsequent livestream, she informs Marco that she has written several fanfictions about their romantic endeavors.
