Shouldn’t there be one more queen between celena and comet? Because when star enters the “Grandma room” and looks at celenas tapestry she says “oh great great Grandma shy!” Right now with the current position she has on the list it would put her at stars great grandmother and not her great great grandmother...

That is true, but I think these are just a list of grandmas (and I guess grandpa in Jushtin's case). So we have yet to know more on the past wand wielders in the future. Hopefully until then, we will know who Star's great grandma is.
